You know this feeling.
- You're the one everyone relies on.
- From the outside, it looks like you've made it.
- Underneath, something still feels like it's running you.
- You're tired of performing 'fine.'
That's Survival Leadership. There's a way beyond it.
Not therapy or a quick fix. A real start.
Six live sessions over three months. You'll see the pattern, find the choice inside it, and experience something different - in real life, not just in theory. Once a fortnight, live on Zoom with Natalie, supported by Sara in between. Embodiment practices woven throughout, because real change isn't only in your head. The shape of it: awareness, blind spots, choice, experimentation, integration.
See the pattern. Realise you have a choice. Feel the success you've already built.
Who this is for
THIS IS FOR YOU IF:
- You're successful, and it doesn't feel like enough anymore.
- You're ready to look at the pattern, not push through it again.
- You want real change, not another temporary fix to file away.
You've already done identity-level coaching with Natalie - that's a different room. However, book a call, and she'll point you in the right direction.
MAYBE NOT YET IF:
